Overview
The speaker will focus on fostering a growth mindset through school-based curricula and various activities, encouraging students to face challenges on their developmental journey with a positive attitude. Students are introduced to, understand, and practice the relevant concepts, with a particular emphasis on application. They believe that only through hands-on experiences can students deeply understand the true impact of a growth mindset on their lives.
To maximise effectiveness, the speaker will share these concepts with our teachers and parents through seminars, printed materials, and books, hoping they will collaborate to provide students with enhanced support and encouragement.
For each activity, the speaker will go through planning, application, and review, continuously refining and improving.
