This seminar focuses on the critical role of school leaders in the AI era, exploring how to empower teachers to be fully prepared for the new paradigm of education. Facing the disruptive impact of AI technology on traditional teaching methods, the speaker will delve into the new collaborative relationship between AI and teachers, emphasizing the transformation of teachers' core values. Drawing on the speaker's leadership experience at his school, the speaker will focus on sharing how their teaching team has progressively constructed and developed innovative pathways for integrating AI into teaching in the three core subjects of Chinese, English, and Mathematics.
The presentation will cover team formation, the selection and application of AI tools, curriculum design adjustments, and how, as a leader, to identify and integrate external resources to guide the team in overcoming challenges and achieving initial breakthroughs on their journey of exploring AI in teaching. It is hoped that this will provide participants with concrete and actionable strategies and insights.
