This seminar will invite student members of HKAGE to share their experiences in the training and competitions they participated in at the Academy, further demonstrating how the 'Talent Development Model' helps gifted students achieve their excellence.

This seminar will enhanced understanding of Talent Development Model via concrete examples of how training/competitions translate into academic/personal growth, it will also demonstrate pathways to excellence for younger gifted students through their authentic narratives about overcoming challenges in specialized learning journey.

This seminar will demonstrate how HKAGE's Talent Development Model transforms specialized training and competitions into academic excellence and personal growth, providing gifted students with actionable pathways to overcome challenges. Simultaneously, it offers educators, parents, and policymakers evidence-based frameworks for nurturing giftedness, community building, and scalable educational innovation.
