Whole-school Approach to Promote Information Literacy

Overview

This seminar outlines a whole-school approach to promoting media and information literacy education. The school engages students, teachers and parents, through planning, curriculum design and co-curricular programmes. This initiative demonstrates how information literacy can be systematically embedded across school levels. Participants will learn how to implement sustainable literacy programmes that foster students’ digital citizenship and critical thinking skill and a culture of practice.
