In this seminar, the speakers will be presenting key insights from Intellect’s Workplace Wellbeing 360 Report 2025, with a sharp focus on the Education sector. Drawing from over 50,000 data points, this report benchmarks workplace wellbeing across four core pillars: Employee Productivity, Employee Wellbeing, Organisational Support, and Work Engagement - all of which are deeply influenced by 13 personal factors.
Our data reveals that while the Education sector shows strong attributes in Self Awareness, Relationship Building, and Goal Orientation, it faces substantial challenges in Stress Management, Emotion Regulation and Work-Life Balance. Despite these challenges, the sector leads globally in Growth Mindset, reflecting a potential foundation and belief for transformation.
This session will explore why educators often neglect their own wellbeing, focusing on systemic challenges, cultural stigma around help-seeking, and the need for deliberate self-care. Participants will also gain insights into evidence-based strategies and be introduced to the importance of Life/Career Coaching. Through this session, the speaker aims to empower school leaders to proactively support teachers’ wellbeing – not only for better professional outcomes but also for sustainable educational impact.
