Overview
This seminar explores the application of 3D projection mapping technology in STEAM education, emphasising interdisciplinary integration of art, technology, and environmental issues. It also examines the impact of such integration on students’ design thinking, creativity, communication skills, empathy, and emotional well-being.
In the speaker’s own teaching practice, environmental projects that combine 3D projection with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were promoted. Through hands-on activities aimed at solving open-ended problems, students develop self-directed learning and collaborative teamwork skills by learning from trial and error. These experiences demonstrate that the integration of art and technology can effectively enhance learning motivation and fulfil a socially beneficial educational role.
