Shining Students: Identifying, Nurturing and Inspiring Students with Talents through English Musicals

Overview

The English Musical has been a tradition of this school since 1999. 12 productions have been held. It is an arts-in-education project involving more than 200 students and teachers aiming at enhancing an English learning environment and unleashing our students’ potential. Drawing from the speaker’s over 20 of experience in organising English musicals, we would like to share:
1. how to integrate drama into education; 2. how to identify and inspire students with different potentials; and3. the process, challenges, and outcomes of organising English musicals.
